Residencies

The concept of the Tri-Art Gallery Residency program is to produce a creative dialogue between a practising artist, Tri-Art materials, and the Tri-Art Gallery.

The residency is an active and dynamic experience wherein the artist experiments in a studio environment with Tri-Art manufactured products. Depending on the scope and timing, these residencies will take place either within the Art Noise store, the gallery or the Tri-Art factory. A key component to the residencies will be interacting with Tri-Art product specialists throughout the residency to explore new materials and applications techniques that they will apply to their art work and incorporate into their art practice.

These residencies serve to further the materials knowledge of the participants as it relates to the advancement of their practice, and further to add to Tri-Art Manufacturings product usage database, increasing both the artist and the manufacturer with the tools to continue to grow and improve the quality of their output.

The residency will culminate in a collaboration with the Tri-Art Gallery in some form.
